It Took A
Community To Raise A Mural!

This exciting project began with a visit to the Paducah, Kentucky, floodwall by a group of Vicksburg ladies.

The entire Vicksburg-Warren County area quickly caught the Vision.  The project was fully endorsed and supported  by the City of Vicksburg and all major economic and historical development organizations.

The floodwall murals provide these benefits:

Bring added tourism dollars
Enhance art and history education
Enhance ongoing downtown projects
Beautify the floodwall
Provide a backdrop for special events
Provide a tribute to our heritage
Allow companies to materially contribute
Increase Vicksburg's national image.

A A Special Thank You to Our Donors!

Everything needed for this project was been provided
by our Community.   Our great success would not have been
possible without your help!
